Billing & Support

How pricing and billing are agreed through an order form, where to find refund and cancellation information, and how to contact support.

Pricing

Insider Magazin uses custom pricing. Prices are not published and there is no public checkout: the website does not accept online payments. An overview of the commercial process is on the Pricing page.

After a demo, you receive a written proposal or order form. It states, before anything is signed:

  • the scope of the service, including the data connection,
  • the price,
  • the billing period,
  • the renewal terms,
  • the cancellation terms.

The signed order form is the binding source for these terms. If anything on this page differs from your order form, the order form applies.

Billing

Until general terms are published, billing follows the terms stated in your order form. For questions about an invoice or the commercial terms, contact support@insidermagazin.com.

Refunds and cancellation

Cancellation terms are stated in your order form. Refund rules are described in the Refund Policy. [Pending: Refund rules]

Statutory rights apply regardless of the order form where applicable, for example the 7-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases by consumers under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code (CDC), or consumer withdrawal rules in the EU and UK. Whether such rights apply depends on who the customer is and where the contract is concluded.

What to include in a support request

  • The dataset (name or ID) and the section of the workspace you were using.
  • The active filters: date range, categories and search text.
  • The exact error message, if one was shown, for example “The dataset could not be loaded.”
  • For a question about a number: the indicator or statistic and the value you expected.
  • The browser you used, if the problem concerns display, export or printing.
