Support
How to get help with Insider Magazin: contact channels, what to include in a request, support hours and where to find documentation.
Contact channels
Support is provided in English by email and phone.
- Phone
- +55 11 97775-5759
- Sales and proposals
- support@insidermagazin.com

Email is the best channel for most requests, because it gives us a written record and lets you attach screenshots or files.
Before you contact us
Many questions are answered in the following resources:
- Documentation — how the workspace works, including filters, charts, statistics and exports.
- FAQ — short answers to common questions about the product and how access works.
- Contact — general enquiries.
- Book a demo — if you are evaluating Insider Magazin for your organisation.

- Your browser and its version, and screenshots if possible.
Do not send passwords, API keys or other credentials by email. If we need to change a data connection, we will arrange this with you securely.
