01Status of this document

Draft

This document is a structured draft pending legal review. It has been prepared with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR and the Israeli Privacy Protection Law in mind, but it does not yet represent a confirmed assessment of compliance with any of them.

Last updated: [Pending: Date of last legal review].

This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website, request a demo or contact us. Our primary markets are the United Kingdom, France, Israel and Brazil, and this policy is written to be read alongside the data protection law that applies to you in those countries.

021. Who is responsible for your data

The controller (in Brazil, the controlador) of the personal data described in this policy is:

Legal name
Pedro Henrique de Arruda Loureiro
Trade name
Pedro Arruda Vendas
Registration number
CNPJ 55.043.222/0001-83
Address
Rua Arthur Bliss, 85, Fundos Casa 1, Jardim Casablanca, São Paulo – SP, 05842-020, Brazil
Data protection officer (Encarregado, LGPD art. 41)
[Pending: Name and contact of the appointed data protection officer]
EU / UK representative (GDPR art. 27)
[Pending: Whether an EU or UK representative is required, and their details]

When a business customer connects its own datasets to the Insider Magazin workspace, that customer decides what data is processed and why. For that data the customer is the controller and we act on its behalf as processor (in Brazil, operador) under the customer's order form. This policy does not cover that processing; please contact the customer concerned.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the servers that host this website record technical logs when pages are requested. These logs are kept by our hosting provider and typically include your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and your browser's user-agent string. Your IP address may also be used to apply basic rate limits to the forms.

If you use the language selector, your browser stores your language choice in a functional cookie. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. See the Cookie Policy.

What we do not collect

The interactive workspace on this website uses illustrative datasets that are synthetic and contain no personal data. Statistics are computed in your browser from the loaded data. The website has no public sign-up or user accounts.

043. Why we use your data

  • To respond to your enquiry and to arrange and deliver a demo.
  • To prepare a proposal or order form if you ask for one, and to take other steps before entering into a contract with your organisation.
  • To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
  • To protect the website and the forms against abuse, spam and attacks.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal data, use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, or use it for advertising profiling.

065. Cookies

The website itself only uses a functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, to remember your language preference after you use the language selector. If an embedded scheduling tool is enabled on the demo page, that provider may set its own cookies. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
